Return and Cancellation policy

How to Cancel an Order?

Cancellations will be allowed only for Temple store products. We will refund the entire money with no questions asked if the product is in good return conditions 

Cancellations are not accepted for Temple pujas and Temple Prasadam section as we can?t re-use those personalized bhakthi services performed for you and another reason being prasadam is perishable after some days.

Temple Tourism cancellations will be decided by Tour agents who are posting their tours and Templefolks leave the decisions between Tour agents and Customers. We will furnish all the details of Tour agents once Order is placed.

Tours organized by Temple folks shall be cancelled before 30 days of Trip. 50% will be charged for cancellations within 30 days before the Tour trip. No cancellations and No refund for cancellations within 10 days before the Tour trip.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 30 working days from the date of cancellation of order. Refund will be made within 30 days of Return Goods.

Return Policy

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 044 42809973  or

We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost within 30 days of Returns. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
  • Any product without a valid, readable, un-tampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
